The structure of a fast thermocouple mainly consists of a temperature measuring thermocouple head and a large paper tube. The coupling head mainly consists of positive and negative coupling wires welded onto the compensating wire, which is embedded in the bracket and covered with a small paper tube. The coupling wires are supported and protected by quartz. The outermost part is equipped with a slag proof cap, and all components are concentrated in the mud head and bonded together with refractory filler to form a whole, which cannot be disassembled, so it is disposable.
